Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at DOZO! DOZO is a solutions provider for merchants who will be running promotional campaigns through this platform. Our Merchants ships all of your orders via their respective logistics partners. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

1. Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 - 14 business days, for destinations within Malaysia. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Please refer to the respective Merchant’s Shipping Policy for further information related to your order processing.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via merchant’s logistics partners. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

3. Customs Fees and Import Taxes

DOZO is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please refer to the respective Merchant’s Shipping Policy for further information related to customer fees and import taxes.
